So today we’re out chaperoning on a school canoe trip, two days on the Assiniboine River. Should be fun, as long as we don’t freeze our bits off. But I’m looking at the forecast, and I think some bit-freezing is in store: Cold, wet, and miserable. Wish me luck!

Turns out we did need some luck, it was pretty windy for awhile, and we almost had a few kids end up in the river. But happily we all stayed dry, and a good time was had by all
