Who woulda thought we’d be shoveling the driveway April 15th? This winter has been going on so long I’m kinda feeling we should go for the record… Longest Winter Ever! Snow in June! Bring it on!

Nothing more exciting than getting two feet of snow, and finding that you now have a hill in your backyard where there used to be only a shed!
And speaking of snow…. we made the national news yesterday we got so much snow, over 18 inches in a day. It was a lot of snow, and now it’s coming down again. Thank god for neighbors with snow blowers!

I always wished I could dig a tunnel through the snow to get to school on cold and windy days… I wasn’t smart enough to wish I could just stay home.
Daughter #3 is back in Vancouver, what a great visit that was! Just two more months til she’s back, right around the time Daughter #4 will be getting back from Quebec. But next up on the return queue: My mom from Australia.

What’s the point of winter if you can’t throw snowball? Okay, hockey, but still…
Accidentally reset my computer clock, and the internet didn’t work. Went to reset it, and still no joy. Half an hour later, I remember it’s 2013, not 2012…. problem solved.
