Okay, the water was dirty, but not THAT dirty…
Apologies to any non-Canadian readers who didn’t know what a ‘loonie’ was in yesterday’s strip, I meant to explain it and forgot. Although if you didn’t know what a loonie was, it kind of gave the strip a nice, surreal quality. 
After my recent hard drive issues, I just got 3 terabytes of hard drive space. Once again, I’m sure I’ll never need to buy another hard drive, and once again, I’ll be proven wrong.
You’ll need another 3 TB drive for a back up of the first one.
And another 3 TB for offsite backup – stored in an outbuilding, friend’s place, or bank vault.
Ye gods, I’m going to need my own private server farm in a hardened underground bunker!

(Actually, the 3 TB is split up on two drives, plus I’ve got some existing drive space… now it’s just a matter of finding files that are worth backing up.
Just remember, there are two kinds of computer users:
1) Those who have had a disk crash
2) Those who will
Definitely put me in category number one…

I can forgive them for thinking it would work – after all, back when they first spotted Crowbar coming, the water was completely opaque…
At least it was opaque blue and not opaque yellow!

Why fix something that is not broken yet?
Most redesigns end up breaking things for some odd reason – must have something to do with that guy Murphy.
Fear of breaking it is pretty much exactly why I don’t try and improve it… that and I’d rather spend time making the comic.
That said, I haven’t even updated wordpress in a long time… and you hate to have to try and start fixing things in a panic when the sites gone down.
